AI-assisted Reports
– Included in all onlyfy packages –
Good recruiting decisions are based on data — but analysis often takes time and resources. With AI Reports, you can evaluate your recruiting KPIs faster and receive clear, actionable insights for your recruiting.
Why is this helpful?
-
More transparency
Curated dashboards give you an at-a-glance view of how your funnel, sourcing, open positions, and talent pool are developing. -
Less effort
Instead of building reports manually, you ask questions — and receive insightful answers. -
Better collaboration
Create and share dashboards for individual recruiters, teams, locations, or management. This way, everyone works with the same data foundation. - Mira – ask the AI assistant questions and get your recruiting data visualized.
