XING One-Click Application for XING job postings

Make it easier for job seekers to apply by offering instant-apply.

XING instant-apply enables candidates to apply quickly and easily directly through the XING job platform. Applications can be submitted with or without an XING profile in just a few clicks. The information submitted is automatically transferred to your XING JobsManager account and displayed under “Candidates.” 

XING instant-apply simplifies your application process and ensures that applications reach your XING JobsManager account faster.

Activate XING instant-apply

XING instant-apply is available to all job posting customers. To activate it, create or edit a job posting. Then go to the “Job posting details” > “How should people apply??” > and select the “Via easy apply” option.

Once you have published your job posting, the instant apply feature will be enabled on the XING platform.

XING Instant apply from the candidates’ perspective

Applications submitted using the easy apply button are possible both with and without an XING profile.

The interested person clicks “Apply easily” and is first asked to provide personal information such as their name, email address, and phone number. In the next step, the company’s qualification questions, if available, are displayed and must be answered. In the final step, applicants can adjust their information, upload additional documents, or write a personal message.

Clicking the “Submit application” button sends the application to your company. In the next step, the applicant sees a submission confirmation, including a note that a confirmation will also be sent by email.

The application is automatically transferred to your XING JobsManager account and displayed as a received application under “Candidates” for the respective job posting.

You can find the résumé, submitted documents, and answered qualification questions directly in the candidate profile, which opens on the right when you click the name.
