Make it easier for job seekers to apply by offering Instant Apply for job ads you publish on XING.
XING Instant Apply is a particularly convenient way of applying directly via the XING job platform. Candidates with or without a XING profile can apply to you with just a few clicks and the information is automatically forwarded to your XING Jobs account.
How to activate XING Instant Apply?
XING Instant Apply is available to all our XING Job Ads customers. To activate this, create or edit a job ad.
Go directly in the job to the step ´Job ad details´ (1) > ´How should people apply?´ (2) and activate the function ´Instant Apply´ (3).
As soon as you have published your job ad, the Instant Apply function will be activated on the XING platform.
XING Instant Apply from a candidate's perspective
The application via Instant Apply is possible both with and without a XING profile.
Candidates with a XING profile click on ´Easy apply´ and can then update their own data, upload additional documents or write a personal message ― if desired.
Candidates without a XING profile click on ´Apply´ and fill in the following fields manually:
- First name
- Last name
- E-mail address
- Mobile number (optional)
- CV upload
- Upload of additional documents (optional)
- Additional comments (optional)
The application is sent to your company via the "Submit application" button. In the next step, the applicant will see a confirmation that the application has been sent. The confirmation will also be sent by e-mail.
The application is automatically sent to your XING Jobs account and appear in the ´Your Candidates´ section of the respective job ad.
