Use an existing XING profile for JobsManager

To create a XING JobsManager account, we use the email address provided during the purchase process.

If there is no XING profile associated with this email address, a new profile is automatically created.

If you would instead like to use an existing XING profile to log in, this profile must be added to the JobsManager environment as a user.

How administrators add an existing XING profile

1. Log in to JobsManager as an administrator.
2. In Settings, open Users
3. Select “Create new user”
4. Enter the email address of the existing XING profile you want to add
5. The invited person receives an email and accepts the invitation.
6. They can then log in to JobsManager using their existing XING account.
