AI Reports: Analyze individual time-to metrics
The new dashboard “Time-to metrics” is now available in the report library. In addition to standard metrics such as time-to-1st-interview, time-to-reject, and time-to-hire, you can now analyze the average time between two custom application statuses.
Why it matters
- Understand how long applications take between specific process steps.
- Analyze status transitions based on your own recruiting processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimization potential faster.
What’s new
- New dashboard “Time-to metrics” in the report library.
- Individual analysis of the average time between two statuses.
- In the filter bar, select:
- Recruiting process
- Status from
- Status to
- The table shows:
- the average time in days between the selected statuses
- the number of applications moved from status A to status B within the selected time period
AI Reports: Analyze time spent in status
With the new dashboard “Time spent in status,” you can see how long applications stay in a specific phase of your recruiting process on average.
Why it matters
- Identify process steps where applications remain for longer than expected.
- Spot statuses that are unused or assigned multiple times.
- Analyze and optimize recruiting processes more precisely.
What’s new
- New dashboard “Time spent in status” in the report library.
- Analysis of the average time an application spends in a status.
- Use the filters to select the recruiting process and, optionally, a specific status.
- The dashboard shows:
- the average time spent in the selected status
- the number of applications assigned to this status within the selected time period
- how often this status was assigned to an application on average
[hint]
A value greater than 1 may indicate that a status was assigned multiple times, for example due to process loops. A value of 0 may indicate that a defined status was not used in the selected time period.
[/hint]
You also get a chart overview of the time spent per status in the selected recruiting process.
Create applications with CV drag & drop
You can now create new applications received outside of onlyfy — for example via email, events, or other channels — faster with CV drag & drop.
Why it matters
- Less manual data entry when creating new applications.
- Faster processing of applications from external sources.
- Application documents and source information can be added directly during creation.
What’s new
- Upload a CV via drag & drop instead of entering application data manually.
- Data from the CV is automatically parsed and pre-filled.
- Additional application documents can be attached directly when creating the application.
- The application source can also be selected during creation.
Career Page: Add image banners
You can now add images as banners to your onlyfy Career Page — in addition to CI colors.
Why it matters
- Strengthen your employer branding directly on your Career Page.
- Create a more visual and individual candidate experience.
- Make your Career Page more engaging for candidates.
What’s new
- New image banner option for the onlyfy Career Page.
- Banner images can be added alongside the existing branding options within the career page settings.
Better recognition of CV data with AI support
We are improving the extraction of application data in the onlyfy Applicant Manager. If the regular CV parsing with Textkernel delivers incorrect or incomplete results, AI can now be used as an additional fallback to better recognize relevant data.
AI is used exclusively as a quality improvement layer — not as a standalone alternative to the existing parsing. If the regular parsing delivers complete and plausible results, no AI processing is triggered.
This can help recognize master data, work experience, education, skills, or language skills from CVs, cover letters, or email applications more reliably and store them in a structured way in the profile.
The feature can be enabled or disabled in the Settings > AI Features (disabled by default). The processed data are not used to train or improve the AI model.
More transparency around automated deletion processes
To make automated deletion processes easier to understand and review in time, new filters are available in the candidate list, along with additional information in candidate profiles.
Why it matters
- See early which candidate profiles are scheduled for automatic deletion.
- Better understand the logic behind the calculated deletion date.
- Review and update relevant profiles in time.
What’s new
- New filters in the candidate list:
- Only candidates scheduled for deletion within the next 2 weeks
- Only candidates scheduled for deletion within the next 3 months
- In the candidate profile, a new indicator next to the calculated deletion date provides additional information about the deletion logic.
