WhatsApp Chat (onlyfy Ultimate)
With WhatsApp Chat, you can communicate with candidates via WhatsApp directly from onlyfy Bewerbungsmanager — for example, to send interview reminders, follow-ups, or request missing documents.
Why it matters
- Reach candidates through a familiar communication channel.
- Make communication more personal, faster, and closer to the candidate experience.
What’s new
- WhatsApp communication is available directly in the candidate profile (Chat button or WhatsApp Chatting button in the menu "Contact").
- Continue chats with candidates who applied using WhatsApp or start new chats with candidates, who provided a phone number connected to a WhatsApp account.
- Receive notifications about new WhatsApp chat messages and see the amount of unread messages besides the Chat button in candidate profiles.
- The notifications settings for new WhatsApp chat messages are the same as the existing notifications for new messages/emails from candidates.
- Communication takes place in your company’s name and with your company identity.

With Personalwerk, another multi-posting integration is now available. This gives you an additional provider option to publish job ads and expand your recruiting reach.
