What’s new
- Updated Career Page design (mobile-first & accessible).
- In Settings > Career Page, you can now customize colors, logo, headline, subline, buttons, job list, and the speculative application banner.
- Changes can be prepared as a draft, reviewed in preview, and then published.
- Your existing job publishing logic remains unchanged.

Set an application deadline for jobs
With Application Deadline, you can control until when candidates can apply—stop immediately or schedule a deadline for later.
Why it matters
- Control application inflow (e.g., once a hire is secured).
- Keep working with already received applications without disruption.
What’s new
- Set an application deadline per job—immediate or scheduled.
- Once the deadline is reached, new applications are blocked, while existing applications remain fully manageable.

Job Ad Designer: Replace images per job
Images from Job Ad Designer templates can now be replaced or removed on the job level.
Why it matters
- More flexibility—tailor visuals to a role, location, or target audience.
- Fix or update images without changing the template for all jobs.
What’s new
- Replace or delete images per job, independently from the underlying template.
Job widget: Multiple institutions per widget
You can now assign multiple institutions to a single iFrame widget for your career page—regardless of legal entity.
Why it matters
- Publish jobs from different companies, departments, or contexts (e.g., internal/external) on one landing page.
- Perfect for pages covering multiple brands or business units.
What’s new
- Select multiple institutions per widget—jobs from all selected institutions are shown together.
Custom questions: New “Multi-upload” file upload type
A new file upload type, “Multi-upload,” is now available in custom questions. It allows candidates to upload multiple files within one upload field.
Why it matters
- Perfect when you need multiple attachments of the same kind (e.g., work samples, reference letters, general documents).
- Use a single upload field instead of several—making application forms shorter and improving the overall candidate experience.
What’s new
- New “Multi-upload” file upload type for custom questions in application forms.
- Attachment type must be defined.
- Max total size across all uploaded files: 20 MB.
- Not available for job custom fields.
