Edit comments
You can now edit your own comments in the communication thread of candidate profiles—in addition to the existing delete option.
Why it matters
- Quickly fix typos, unclear wording, or missing details.
- Keep the communication thread accurate and up to date without adding follow-up comments.

You can only edit comments you created.
New question type: Multi-line text
A new custom question type, “Multi-line text”, is now available in application forms and questionnaires—ideal for longer written answers.
Why it matters
- Better for detailed responses (e.g., motivation, project experience, explanations).
- Improves the candidate experience by providing more space for answers.
What’s new
- New “Multi-line text” question type for longer free-text answers.
- Existing free-text questions remain supported:
Existing custom questions of type “free text” now include an additional value “single-line.”
Switching it to “multi-line” updates the field design accordingly. - You can:
- convert existing free-text questions to multi-line, or
- create new multi-line questions.

New permission: Attachment download
Admins can now decide which access right groups are allowed to download files in candidate profiles (e.g., message attachments, application files, CVs).
Why it matters
- More control over document access aligned with internal policies and data governance.
- Clear rules on who can export candidate documents.
What’s new
- New “Can download attachments in candidate profiles” permission in access rights.
- Manage download access per access right group.

Important note: Technically, if a user can view a file, it may already be stored locally in the browser cache or temporary folders. Also, download options in native PDF viewers and screenshots can’t be reliably prevented.

Candidates list: Sticky bulk actions bar
When you scroll down the candidates list, the bulk actions bar now stays sticky.
Why it matters
- Faster actions in long lists—no need to scroll back up.
- More efficient communication and profile management.
