What is the difference compared to previous features?
- Candidate recommendations in the project/pool
These are based solely on how well a candidate matches the requirements of your job posting – without taking interactions into account (e.g. visiting the job ad).
This means: A recommended candidate might be a great fit for the role but may not have shown any active interest. - Job ad visitors (Talent pool)
This pool includes candidates who have viewed your job ad – a strong indicator of interest. However, it's not clear how well these individuals actually match the job requirements.
With high-potential candidate recommendations, you receive candidates who not only have a strong professional fit but also show genuine interest – either in your specific job ad or in similar roles from other companies.
In addition, these candidates tend to show greater openness to job changes than those filtered by “Willingness to change > Likely to change.”
