With the onlyfy Applicant Manager, you can maintain salary details in your job ads quickly, transparently, and with minimal effort. This helps you create clarity for candidates while making your ads more attractive and complete.
Why this matters
Pay transparency is becoming increasingly important in recruiting. Today, applicants expect clear information, including salary details. This builds trust, improves the quality of applications, and helps you meet transparency requirements in your day-to-day recruiting with ease.
How to add salary details to a job
When creating a job, you can enter a salary range in the Salary section:
- Currency
- Minimum
- Maximum
Please note:
- Always enter both a minimum and a maximum value.
- Zero values or descending salary ranges are not allowed.
- If you do not want to provide salary details, leave these fields empty.
Display salary details automatically in job ad templates
To make sure your salary details also appear in the job ad, you can insert them into your ad templates using placeholders. The following parameters are available:
%salaryCurrency%%salaryFrom%%salaryTo%
This allows you to enter the information once in the job and automatically display it in your templates afterwards. This reduces manual effort and ensures a consistent presentation across all job ads.
A sample template could look like this:
Salary: %salaryCurrency% %salaryFrom% – %salaryTo%

Good to know
Some job boards require a salary range in order to display your job ad correctly. If no values are provided, salary estimates may be used instead.
