With an active job posting on XING, XING TalentManager automatically displays potential candidates who are professionally suited to your vacancy and have also shown interest in your job postings or similar job postings. These promising candidates are displayed directly in TalentManager without any additional search.

Where can I find "Active Top Talents"?
Talents who have shown interest in your own or similar XING job postings can be found in the XING TalentManager overview and, more recently, in a separate, dedicated area called "Active Top Talents."
This area can be accessed directly via the left navigation bar and gives you quick access to particularly relevant profiles at any time.
How are Active Top Talents selected?
The selection is based on a combination of:
professional fit for the advertised position
interest signals on XING, such as viewing XING job postings or searching for similar positions
The goal is to show you talents who are both suitable and show an increased interest in changing jobs.

Save job postings as bookmarks
You can save your most important job postings as bookmarks to keep track of suitable top talents for these positions. To do so, simply click the bookmark icon to the right of the selected job posting. Saved jobs are marked with a black bookmark.

Bookmarks make work easier, especially when there are many open positions and multiple recruiters. Users can save relevant positions as individual bookmarks and quickly find them again.

Bookmark management
On the “Manage bookmarks” page, you will find an overview of your saved job postings.
There, you can:
remove bookmarks that are no longer needed (trash can icon)
organize your saved positions clearly
Sort the candidate list
You can sort the list of candidates according to various criteria—by particularly relevant candidates and by talents who were recently added. This makes it easier to review and prioritize relevant profiles.
Filter candidates by location
With the new location filter, you can narrow down the candidate list to specific regions or cities. This is particularly helpful for location-specific or regional vacancies.
