Pre-announcement: Delete Your Comments (available from 16 Feb 2026)
From 16 Feb 2026, you’ll be able to delete your own comments in the communication thread of candidate profiles. Keeps communication tidy and helps you quickly correct typos, mistakes, or wrong mentions—supporting stronger data governance.

Delete only your own comments
You can only delete comments you created.Warning for @mentions
If a comment includes a tagged user, you’ll see a warning before deleting it: the mentioned user may lose access to the profile/application.
Faster Application Forms with a Two-Column Layout
Basic information fields are now displayed in a two-column grid (email, name, address, phone number, birthday). Less scrolling and a shorter overall form make the application flow faster.
