If you receive a new message on XING and do not respond immediately, we will remind you to do so by email after a few days. If you don't want to be reminded, you can turn off the reminder in your XING settings:
- Click on your profile image at the top right of the website and select Settings. In the XING app, tap your profile photo in the top left-hand corner. -> Settings -> XING Settings.
- Click on Notifications and then E-mail notifications.
- Under Messages, deactivate the option When I have an unanswered message.
