Reply-able Candidate Notifications
Most candidate notifications are now reply-able – not just recruiter messages. Notifications linked to a specific job application show the job’s main contact (%mainContactLink%) and a link to the onlyfy reply inbox, and allow attachments.
If no job application context is available (e.g., speculative applications), the designated main contact from Settings > Application Settings > Main Contact for Speculative Applications, or your company name, will be shown.
The notification header clearly states whether a reply is possible. Attachments work the same way as in replies to recruiter messages.
Why it matters:
Simplifies communication and application management. Candidates can easily send additional documents by replying to the application confirmation email.
Optimized Attachment Handling
Attachments from candidate emails are now automatically added to the Attachments section in their profile.
PDFs can be previewed directly in the message area – no download needed. You can remove or re-add attachments as needed.
Why it matters:
Important documents are retained in the right place, and PDF previews save time by eliminating manual downloads.
Sortable Custom Question Answers
Answer options in custom candidate or job questions of type Select and Multi-select can now be reordered via drag & drop.
Why it matters:
Faster editing, improved workflow, and a more user-friendly layout for recruiters and candidates.
Institution Names in Candidate Communication
When a job is assigned to a legal entity (e.g., XING), its name is used in candidate communication wherever %companyName% appears.
Without job context, the default company name will be shown.
Why it matters:
Ensures brand consistency and a better candidate experience — communication matches the hiring brand.
Job Short Handles in Job Lists
Job selection lists now show the short handle alongside the title and location.
Applies to:
- Candidate profile > Assign to Job
- Candidate profile > Invite to Apply
- Candidate profile > Applications List
- Task > Create Task for Job
Why it matters:
Short handles make it easy to differentiate jobs with the same title and location.
