The XING TalentManager does not have a direct out-of-office notification feature like email programs. However, you can update your status to inform your contacts about your absence. This status will be displayed in your feed and prominently on your profile, but it will not be visible in candidates' inboxes.
Additionally, TalentManager allows you to share messages with team members. This enables colleagues to access and continue existing conversations during your absence. Shared messages are visible to all designated team members, and access can be revoked if necessary.
To maintain a good candidate experience during your absence, it is recommended to inform candidates you are currently in contact with in advance and to designate a representative for urgent matters. This ensures that communication continues smoothly.
