Basically, all employees are displayed on your employer profile under the "Employees" tab who have indicated this as their current employer on their personal XING profile.
It is important here that the employer profile is selected from the drop-down menu when it is deposited in your own profile. You can tell if the link has worked correctly by whether the company logo is displayed on the personal profile in addition to the employer's name.

Working students and trainees are exempt from this rule. Even if these individuals have correctly stored the employer profile on the personal XING profile, they will not be listed under "Employees" on the employer profile.
