You need a XING profile to access XING JobsManager. You use this profile to sign in to JobsManager and can manually create and publish job postings, manage incoming applications, view visitors to your postings and talent suggestions, and check your posting's performance.
When you purchase a XING job posting for the first time, an account for XING JobsManager is automatically created.
What happens if I don't have a XING profile yet?
If there is no XING profile for the email address provided during the purchase process, a new profile is automatically created. You will then receive an email allowing you to set your password.
I want to use an existing XING profile
If you want to use an existing XING profile whose email address differs from the email address provided during the purchase process, a person with administrative rights must add this profile to the JobsManager environment. For more information, see the article “Using an existing XING profile for JobsManager.”

If you submit your job postings via a technical integration, you do not need a XING profile to publish them. A XING profile is only required if you want to use XING JobsManager.
