With the new multi-message function, the TalentpoolManager offers you a simple and efficient way to send a campaign to several candidates selected by you and to make a job recommendation.
And best of all, the campaign can be easily personalized using so-called "smart tags". In just a few clicks, your individualized message is in the inbox of your desired candidates.
This is how you proceed:
- Go to your own pool or team pool in the TalentpoolManager.
- Use the checkbox to select the candidates who are to receive a campaign, and then
and then click on "Create campaign" at the bottom right. Enter your reply email address and the appropriate URL link to the job ad.
Click "Continue to Preview." This preview will show you what your message will look like. We have highlighted the text variables used for this preview. If we did not recognize a text variable, it is highlighted in red. Then simply click on "Back" to correct the incorrect variable.
Then click on "Send".
