Share messages with the team

Within a recruiting team, it makes sense to give your team members access to correspondences with talent.

 

Share a new message with the team

1. Open the TalentManager.
2. Click "Messages" in the left navigation bar.
3. Click the "New message" button in the upper right corner.
4. Click the "Share" icon (U-lock) at the bottom right to give your team access to the correspondence.
5. Conversations that have been started can also be shared with the team afterwards.

Once the message is shared, it can be viewed by all team members in your work environment. Sharing a message with only selected team members is not possible.

Convert private correspondence to work conversation.

In order not to mix private and professional use of XING as a recruiter, private correspondences can be distinguished from work conversations.

1. Open a message in the "Inbox" of TalentManager.
2. Click on the "Convert to work conversation" button.

Once the message is converted to a work conversation, it can't be undone.

Cancel team access to message

1. Open the corresponding message in the "Inbox" of TalentManager.
2. Click the "Stop sharing" lock icon at the top right.
