With the filter function in XING TalentManager, you can narrow down your search for suitable candidates quickly and efficiently. Use various filter criteria to identify exactly the talents that match your vacancy.
How filtering works
As soon as you start a search in the TalentManager, the filter panel appears on the left side of your screen. There, you can select from a wide range of criteria to refine your search results.
Available filter categories (depending on your package):
Professional experience (e.g. field of work, career level, current position)
Education (e.g. field of study, degree, university)
Languages
Location (including radius search)
Willingness to change jobs
Activity (e.g. profile updates or responsiveness)
Company size (of the current employer)
Industry
Search agents & saved filters
You can apply multiple filters at the same time to further narrow down your target group.
New: Filter by job preferences
In the search results list, you can now also filter by “Preferred type of workplace”, “Preferred work locations”, and “Willingness to travel”.
These filters are based on the information provided by candidates in their "Job Preferences" section. The more detailed this information is, the more accurate your filtering and matching results will be.
