Search results can thus be further sharpened, and you will get to the right talent even faster.

What are the types of automatically generated pools?
Follower pool
This pool contains all XING members who are already following your company profile. Use this interest in your company to target the right talent. Surveys have shown that the response rate of this group is particularly high.
Ideal employee pool
This is where all XING members who have indicated their company as a desired company in their personal profile are located. These talented individuals have therefore already expressed an interest in working for your company. Therefore, approaching these individuals is also particularly promising.
Employee pool
Also take a look at your employee pool. There you will find all the people who have indicated your company as an employer in their personal XING profile. Perhaps one of your employees already fits your vacancy, and you thus already have your favourite talent on hand.
Job ads visitors
If you also use job ads and thus JobManagers, all XING memberships who clicked on your job ads in the last 12 months are available to you in this pool. Scan them and move talent to a separate pool if necessary.
