Compare key figures
To ensure that your reports are readable and understandable for all users, the most important recruiting key figures are examined as part of the reports. Improve your time-to-hire, learn more about your best performing application channels, and optimize your applicant numbers.
Consider all recruiting channels
For optimal analysis of your recruiting performance, no channel is ignored. Active recruiting, external job platforms and candidate-related activities are surveyed across all recruiting channels - preventing any falsification of your reports.
Here's how to do it:
- Log in to the TalentManager. Go to the Tab "Recruiter Insights" in the left menu.
- Using the area in the upper right corner, you have the option to select the time period individually.
- Here you can also use the option to compare the key figures with the previous period.
