Is your company looking for candidates? Then activate your "Hiring" badge in your personal profile and emphasize that you are a hiring professional or a hiring manager. Automatically become part of the "Recommendations" in the "Network" tab on XING.

As a user of the TalentManager, the 'Hiring' badge is automatically activated. Additionally, you can link to other settings or job postings. Currently, there is no option to deactivate the badge independently.

This is how it works:
- Log in to XING.
- Go to the "Network" section in the left-hand navigation menu.
- At the top you will find the "Activation box".
- Click on "Yes, I'm hiring" to activate the badge.
- You can also add selection criteria, e.g. specific skills or fields of activity.
- Link your profile with an open position via inserting a link to the XING job advertisement.
- Then click on "Post".
- Your profile will then be displayed to XING users in the "Network" section who could potentially match your criteria.
- You can edit the information in your personal XING profile at any time. To do this, click on the pencil icon.
