We recommend that you include a specific contact person in your job ads for potential candidates to contact. In your XING Job Ads, you can choose to list yourself or someone else as the contact person.
To do this, create a new job ad or edit an existing job ad. Then go to the first step "Job ad details" and then to the "Contact person" section. You can now enter yourself or another person.
