If you have discovered an interesting profile through your search with TalentManager that you would like to examine in more detail, the candidate profile in TalentManager provides you with extensive information.
A profile visit is only displayed to a XING Premium member when you click on the person's name in TalentManager and the entire profile becomes visible. The visit is visible on the talent's personal home page in the profile visits section.
Information on whether a candidate is a match for your vacancy can already be seen in the results list via the small drop-down arrow of your search.

Only XING Premium members can see the profile visit. There, in addition to your name, company, profile picture, the source is also indicated. Accordingly, the talent sees that they visited the profile in TalentManager.
