Manage your active job ads, finalize your drafts or search for previous job ads in the job ads overview.

Log in to your XING Jobs account and click on ´Job ads´ (1) in the top left menu. The following categories are available in the overview:

• Drafts (2): Here you will find the saved job ads that have not yet been published.
• Active (3): In this view you can see all the job ads that have been published.
• Inactive (4): In this category you will find all expired or deactivated job ads.

In each category you have the option on the right-hand side to search for job ads (5) or to display only your own job ads (6).

Drafts

In this section you will find your saved and not yet published job ads, sorted in descending order by creation date. Sorting by job title is also possible. Adjust the order by clicking on ´Created date´ (1) and selecting the desired criteria.

The overview contains the following information on the individual job ads (2):

• Job ad title
• Working time model
• Name of the company & work location
• Publication status

Would you like to adapt the job ad? Then click on ´Edit´ (3) and make the desired changes. Read all the details about creating job ads in our article "Create and publish Job Ads".

Do you want to delete a draft? Click on the three dots next to the respective draft and select ´Delete draft´.

In addition, you also have the option of creating a new job ads directly from a draft. To do this, click on ´Use as template´. All data will be transferred and can then be edited.

Active job ads

In this area you will see all active job ads, which are sorted in descending order by creation date. To change the order or filter by job title, click on ´Created date´ (1).

The following information is displayed in the overview (2):

• Name of the price plan including the remaining days of term
• Job ad title
• Working time model
• Name of the company & work location
• Term
• Social media campaign (if enabled)
• Number of applications
• Number of visitors of the job ad

You can also view the ads directly on XING: click on the button ´View on XING´ (3) and the job ad will open in a new window.

Click on the three dots to perform one of the following functions (4):

• ´Edit´: You can customize your job ad at any time using this button. Read all the details about creating job ads in our article "Create and publish onlyfy one Job Ads".
• ´Deactivate´: This function allows you to take the job ads offline.
• ´Use as template´: Click here to create a new job ad from an active job ad. All data will be transferred and can then be edited

Click directly on the respective job ad to view your candidates and profile suggestions, to analyse the job statistics or to make further bookings.

Inactive job ads

Previous job ads that have already expired or been deactivated can be found in this area.

The following information is displayed in the overview:

• Name of the price plan
• Job ad title
• Working time model
• Name of the company & work location
• Status incl. date
• Number of applications
• Number of visitors of the job ad

You can change the order of the inactive job ads by clicking on ´Created date´ (1).

In addition, you have the following options for publishing new jobs from this view:

• ´Extend job ad´ (2): Extend inactive job ads easily with one click.
• ´Use as template´ (3): Create a new job ad directly from an inactive job ad by clicking on the three dots and then on the ´Use as template´ button (2). All data will be transferred and can be edited.

Would you like to delete the inactive job ad? To do this, click on the three dots and then on ´Delete´ (4).

To view all details of a job ad, click directly on the inactive job ad of your choice.
