The TalentManager offers you a simple and efficient way to contact several candidates at the same time with the new multi-message function. And best of all, the messages can be easily personalized using so-called “smart tags”. In just a few clicks, your personalized message will be in the inbox of your desired candidates. The message does not have to be linked to a job ad.
This is how you proceed:
- Select candidates
- Create a project for your open position and receive, as usual, direct candidate recommendations.
- Select the candidates you want to receive a multi-message by checking the box
and then click on “Send bulk message” in the lower menu.
Personalize message
Add “smart tags” to both the subject and the message itself to personalize your bulk message. Copy and paste the smart tags you want into the appropriate place in your text.

Our sending rules:
A message can be sent to a maximum of 20 candidates at the same time.
A maximum of 3 bulk messages can be sent per user per day.
You cannot send more messages than the number of messages available in the message quota.
