With your XING job ad, you gain access to recommendations for suitable candidates and visitors to your job ad.
You can invite these talents to apply with an automated message – even if they are not part of your personal network. This allows you to reach potential applicants and draw their attention directly to your job opening.
View profile suggestions and select suitable talent
In your XING JobsManager account, open the “Manage job ad” section. Under "Candidates" you will find
- People who have interacted with your ad
- Suggested talent

If you are still working with the old candidate list, you can find the candidate recommendations in the “Profile suggestions” tab.

Invite talent to apply
When you find suitable and interesting talent in the list, you have the option to invite them directly to apply. To do so, click the "Invite to apply" button.

For suggested talent, “Check match details” shows you how well a profile matches your job ad.
[/tip]
A window opens with a dynamic standard message that is automatically populated with the relevant information from your job ad.
When you click "Send", the message is sent by email to the talent on your behalf.
If the invited person is interested in the offer, they can apply directly to the job ad. It is not possible to reply directly to the email address.
