A job listings feed is an export of your job listings from your applicant management system (ATS).
Such a feed might look like the example below:
In most cases, a job listings feed can be imported by us to make your job listings available on the XING job market. All you need is a valid job ads contract - the setup is included in the price.

What do I need to do for a job ad export?
In general, common ATS already offer an XML feed, so you only need to provide us with the URL of the feed. Some systems even allow you to create the XML feed yourself through a self-service option.
If your system doesn't offer an XML feed export or the ability to create one, please contact your provider for assistance.
Once we receive the URL to the XML feed, we begin the integration process into our system. In consultation with you, we perform data mapping to optimize the display of your job ads on our platform. You'll then receive a preview of your job ads and, in the final step, approve them for publication in the live system.
How often and when are feeds fetched?
Feeds are fetched and processed four times daily at the following times: 2:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. (German local time)
