XING combines the advantages of both active and passive job searching. In other words, you can actively search for suitable job ads in XING Jobs or allow headhunters and recruiters to find your XING profile.
Search for job offers:
Go to XING Jobs to search for suitable job vacancies on XING. There you will find recommendations for job offers or you can search the job ads. Describe our AI search what you are looking for. You will then get a list with search results that you can narrow down even more using additional filters. You can also see salary forecasts in the ads, as well as set your own desired salary expectations when searching.
Search alerts inform you by e-mail whenever new job ads are posted that match your search criteria. Simply carry out a job search and click on "Turn on notifications about new jobs for this search" at the bottom of the screen. You can manage your existing search alerts here.
With the XING Jobs app for iOS and Android you can also use your mobile phone to look for jobs on XING.

Based on your XING profile, your search behavior and your job preferences, we will present you job recommendations that may be particularly appealing to you. If these are not suitable, please check your job preferences, so that we can recommend more suitable jobs in the future.
Get found by headhunters and recruiters:
More than 20,000 active headhunters and recruiters are constantly searching XING members for vacant positions. To give you the best possible chance of being found, make sure your profile is completed with all the relevant information. The more complete a profile is, the further up the search lists it comes. You should also change your jobseeker status to "I'm looking for a new job" or at least "I'm not looking for a job but am open to offers". Your job preferences are only visible to recruiters, and your current employer is automatically blocked from seeing your settings. Of course, you can also block additional companies in the visibility settings.
