1. Log in to the TalentManager.
2. Ensure a common understanding of available status assignment in TalentManager.

In order to use Recruiter Insights to its fullest potential, it is important that you and your team have the same understanding of how to use candidate statuses from the start. To view time-to-hire in Recruiter Insights, talent within a project should be given the status "hired" in TalentManager at the end of a successful application process.

Get an overview of the performance of the onlyfy solutions used. Take your cue from the "Top Recruiter" to know what numbers you want to aim for.

• Analyse the development of your recruiting measures. To do this, you can compare the time periods you have defined.
• Match set goals and targets with performance metrics.
• Define measures to improve your performance if necessary.
