There are two ways to view and manage your candidates in onlyfy Application Manager: the general and the job-specific candidate list.
The general candidate list
The ´Candidates´ overview lists all candidates who have applied to you, including speculative applications (if you have activated this).
The following types of information are displayed:
- All information about the person
- All applications including the documents
- Activity- and messaging history
- Appointment overview

The job-specific candidate list
All people who have applied for a job or who have been added to the list from the profile suggestions are shown here in the job-specific candidate list.
You can view the list by selecting the required job under ´Jobs´ (1). On the next page under ´Your Candidates´ (2) you will see the people mentioned above (3).
