The new "Network" section turns recruiters into stars. Two new functions create more visibility for recruiters and make it easier for professionals to search for jobs on XING.
New features include the following:
More visibility
Is your company looking for candidates? Then activate your "Hiring" badge in your personal profile. You can also add selection criteria, e.g. specific skills or fields of activity. Your profile will then be displayed to XING users in the "Network" section who could potentially match your criteria.
This allows you to emphasize that you are a recruiter or recruiting expert and automatically become part of the "Recommendations" for recruiters.

The badge automatically appears in the personal XING profiles of onlyfy TalentManager customers. The "add more information" function will be available soon.

Recruiter recommendations
Users will see another new module in the "Network" section with recruiters who match their job title, specialization and/or industry and can directly access the full XING profile of the recommended recruiters.
