New analysis in the reporting builder: Rejection reasons
Gain valuable insights into the most common reasons for application rejections with the new “Rejection Reasons” analysis. This feature allows you to examine these reasons in various contexts, such as by job, institution, main contact, or acquisition channel and more.

Please note that only predefined rejection reasons and application statuses (“Rejected” or “Rejected by candidate”) are considered—individual reasons are not captured.

Microsoft Teams Integration: Performance optimization
We have thoroughly revamped the MS Teams integration. Future issues of disconnections and the need to repeatedly link your MS Teams account are now a thing of the past. After the introduction of the optimized integration on the 9th of April 2025, a one-time re-linking of your MS Teams accounts may be required.
Settings Page Relocated: You onlyfy admins can find the MS Teams integration settings under Account Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams Integration.
Linking and Unlinking: Manage MS Teams accounts under User Profile (upper left navigation) > Settings > Connections > Microsoft Teams Integration.
Discontinuation of Zoom Integration
We will be discontinuing the Zoom integration in our marketplace starting the 9th of April 2025 due to low customer interest, high maintenance costs, and compliance concerns. If you were using the Zoom integration, you can still copy and paste Zoom meeting links when creating interview invites by selecting “Add your own video link.”
