Under "Visitors to my profile" in the "My Premium" section,, you can see exactly who’s visited your profile. Recruiter visits are shown with the note "found you as a recruiter". You’ll also find statistics there showing you whether and how many recruiters have come across your profile through the XING TalentManager.
Basic members:
Unfortunately you cannot see who has visited your profile.
