The way you communicate with candidates plays a key role in shaping the impression your company leaves. With the tone-of-voice setting for candidate communication in our German interface, you can choose between informal ("Du") and formal ("Sie") language. This feature not only ensures consistent communication but also helps you present your employer brand authentically and appealingly. A consistent tone supports candidate engagement and clearly communicates your company culture.
